We want every Nortek Music Supply order to arrive safely and be easy to understand from checkout through delivery.
Shipping
Shipping requirements, availability and applicable charges may be reviewed after an order is submitted, especially for oversized or specialty music equipment. When a shipping option or estimate is shown during checkout, it remains subject to order review and final confirmation before payment instructions are issued.
Tracking information is provided when available after an order ships. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays or destination restrictions.
Returns
Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, complete and in original packaging. Some products may be excluded for hygiene, licensing, special-order or manufacturer-policy reasons.
Please contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or a defective item.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and keep the original packaging. Photos of the item and packaging may be requested so we can help resolve the issue.
